Refund policy

MR VINYL TECH. HAS A NO REFUND, RETUNE OR EXCHANGE POLICY. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

Customer is responsible for verifying and approving orders (size, color, quantities, etc.) before making any payments. Customer cannot cancel any placed orders, our products are made to customers specifications and often hand-assembled, slight imperfections are normal with these kind of products. If your merchandise has a significant defect (e.g. broken, missing parts, etc.), customer must let MR VINYL know within 7 days of receiving your original order. We will fix or replace a new one; dependent on stock status.
